2. The Service
LingoTok is a language learning platform that lets you import content from social media, websites, and files, then read it with built-in translation and vocabulary tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you import into LingoTok. By importing content you confirm you have the right to access it for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. LingoTok does not claim ownership over your imported content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from LingoTok
- Redistribute content obtained through the service
- Abuse rate limits or overload the service intentionally
6. Intellectual Property
The LingoTok name, logo, and original software are our property. Third-party content accessed through the service belongs to its respective owners. Translations and linguistic data are provided for personal learning use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
LingoTok is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Translation accuracy is not guaranteed.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
